I'd probably personally drop phase acrobatics and go ES. Might even be very good single target damage. The clear speed might be a bit lackluster, but I think that the single target damage should be more than good enough. Opens up the option for a different curse. Cerberus limb would be a great option for MH weapon as well, as the shield has 30%+ block chance so it gives spell leech. Last 4% from Anvil or a synthesis implicit if possible.Īt the end you can prob end up with 5k life, 3-4k ES, capped spell dodge, capped attack block + 30ish spell block, and tons of evasion.Īnd by using Light of Lunaris shield and Arcane swiftness node you actually get a fair amount of damage scaling from getting attack blocked cap as well (75% spell damage, 75% crit multi). I hope you can get it from some synthesis implicit, but otherwise a flask would do it.ħ1% attack block, from Light of Lunaris (33%), 10% from tree, 3% from tempest shield, and 25% from Rumi's (got 25% increased flask effect). This is what i'm looking atĦ6% dodge change, from Perfect form (30%), Atziri step (16%) and Escape artist (20%). I figure if divine ire ends up sucking, I can always switch into an ele conversion EK nova build.Īnother option is not going Acro, but focus just on spell dodge, and compliment the evasion with attack block. I am sure that once we get more gem info and PoB has support, things will change. It is hard to pick an exact standin for divine ire, and none of the other skill gems have the same properties. Something like the vertex, the gull, or a good high es rare for a hat.įor rings, maybe a warlord's mark and mark of the shaper. Actual body armor probably wants to be a high evasion elder rare with life and +% spell crit. I figure a lot of the ES will come from the hat and body armor. Using 'out of my ass' math, maybe you want 10% to 15% of your total evasion as maximum ES? I think that trying to make this a pure energy shield character would be rough. The goal is to use energy shield as kind of a ping-ponging buffer that gets drained and filled as you get hit. Looking at the new ghost dance, my thought is that you want pumped evasion, and 'just enough' energy shield so that consuming ghost shrouds fills up your energy shield. Ghost dance and escape artist will support a life based evasion character with an energy shield buffer. Weave the arcane and patient reaper support a MoM build well. The last two nodes to pick are the tougher ones, and I think is going to be determined by your choice of defense. Swift killer is also an easy choice for charge generation, especially now that you get charges for channeling. When it comes to the ascendancy nodes, harness the void is friendly with conversion, as the bonus gets applied at each step. Given that divine ire is 50% conversion, the easiest way to finish it is a physical to lightning support. With trickster changes and some new channeling support in the game, here is what I am thinking. I am a sucker for new stuff, and I've always enjoyed trickster in the past.
